Reservation Guidelines and Policies

Travel contract The travel contract will be finalized when we receive your full payment.
Payment Advance payment is required. Please make your payment in Japanese yen by the specified due date.
Reservation Deadline We accept reservation requests up to 15 days prior to the start date of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the starting date of the tour: No cancellation charge
  • Cancellations made 13 to 5 days prior to the starting date of the tour: 50% of the total charge for the tour
  • Cancellations made 4 days or less prior to the starting date of the tour, on the day of the tour, after the tour has started, or no-shows without prior notice: 100% of the total charge for the tour.
Important Information
  • ・Please wear comfortable walking shoes such as sneakers. High heels are not permitted.
  • ・This tour is not barrier-free and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
  • ・When visiting the sake brewery, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes.
  • ・When visiting the swordsmith workshop, we recommend wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants (preferably made of cotton), as there may be flying sparks from the high-temperature process. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we cannot take responsibility for any injuries such as burns. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
